    Educational visit to Parliament Museum

    Educational visit is the most intense mode of learning and students from class VI-VIII  explore more about the democracy of their country through a visit to the Parliament Museum. They have admired gift given to the speaker of Lok Sabha by  various ministers of foreign countries. They observed Ashoka Pillar ,status of national leaders and enjoyed the story telling on democratic heritage of Indian history. “It was a enriching experience for all subjects”.

      French Poem Recitation Competition
      "To memorize a great poem,is to make a friend for life ". Embracing the above quotation,the talented Scholars of class VI-VIII participated in French Poem Recitation Competition held in school auditorium on 29th July'16.The enthusiastic students showcased efforts in portraying the thematic elements of their poems in French language. The winners of the Competition were:-

        Science Is Fun

        Children and Adults are always ready for something different and new. So this Friday on 29th July 2016 we prepared few science experiments for our students. Which not only filled them with excitement but also triggered their scientific temperament. They did experiments like active volcano ,blobs in a bottle ,foaming fountain, blowing a balloon with the help of vinegar and baking soda. Overall it was a fun time for the students and teachers alike.

          Skating Competition

          "Competition brings out the best in everyone , the participants as well as the audience" .The four clubs were intimated earlier and the participants chosen for the final after initial rounds of selection gathered around the skating rink .Each group did 3 laps each  7 they were selected on the basis of speed, balance, posture.

          The winners of Grade V were:-

            Best Out Of Waste
            Our students of Grade II & III had a creative time on 22nd July'16. An activity was conducted wherein they used old unwanted things to make something useful out of it. They used an old CD and cut out colourful papers to make wall hangings like a honeybee and bunny rabbit which came out very well. It kept them totally engrossed and also sparked ideas to use waste imaginatively.

              Vermi-Composting Workshop,Grade-VI-VIII

              To broaden the scientific horizon of students from class VI-VIII a workshop on vermi-Composting was conducted in school auditorium .The students were shown a video on vermi-composting where students learnt the process of using worms to recycle organic material and food scrapes in to worm compost. Later, they experienced the same in the school ground by digging a pit adding the waste food and worms in it and learning how that is converted into compost.

                Power Of Teen Culture

                A workshop on ‘Power of Teen Culture’ was organized for students of classes IX and X. The resource person Mrs. Neha made the students abreast of how the youth culture is the way adolescent live and the norms, values and practices they share, The workshop was designed to provide participants with increased knowledge and skills about activism of young people.

                  FLAGOMANIA ACTIVITY

                  With an aim of incorporate and develop the respect and love towards each country. Flagomania activity was conducted from class VI- VIII where all the students have explored about the flag of different countries and filled the colours in the flag given in the worksheet and understood the significance each.

                    Calligraphy Activity (Grade II & III)

                    Our energetic young  scholarities  got an opportunity on 15th July’2016 to show their amazing writing through an activity .They were given a paragraph on Monsoon which they had to beautifully present in their hand. It was a delight for the teachers to see their children putting their hand forward.

                      Nukkad Natak Competition

                      Nukkad Natak Competition held on 15.07.2016 was a time of zest and vigour for all our Grade IV- V.

                      The competition was held among the four houses where they chose their topics and prepared with full-enthusiasm.The topic were cleanliness,Beti Bachao, Swach Bharat Abhiyan. All the clubs performed extremely well and winners were :-

                        Inter Club Wall Magazine Competition

                        An Inter club wall magazine competition was organized on 8th July’16 in Scholars Global School to make children abreast of the importance of ‘Van Mahotsava’. Students of all four clubs i.e Champions, Victors, Leaders, Achievers combated with each other  and showed their prowess in creativity and craft work. They prepared the boards giving message of going green to save mother Earth.
