Inter Club Basket Ball Match

To foster the love of world’s most popular and widely viewed sports ‘Basketball’, Scholars Global School organised ‘Inter Club Basket Ball Matches on 28th Oct’16.The Interclub basketball matches which were much awaited brought impressive performances from the participants. The semifinal matches were played between leaders v/s Achievers and Victors v/s Champions. Players of Leaders and Champions made out to finals and they stepped into the court to set it ablaze with speed endurance, magical footwear dribble 3 pointer shots & much to the audience excitement a nail-biting finish. Players of leaders club were announced to be the champions.

    Diya Decoration Competition

    Our young students of Grade II and III enjoyed and celebrated the festive mood of ‘Diwali’ by decorating the diyas. It was fun watching them colouring, pasting glitter to make their diyas the most attractive one from every section five diyas were selected as winner  based on these creativity and neatness.

      Everyone knows that this is the age of computer and development of science and technology has direct effect on our social life as well as in our social life .In lieu with this, a workshop was organised for classes VI-VIII to tell them importance of I.T on 28th Oct in school campus.

        Francophonic Activity

        The francophonic Activity was conducted by Ms. Nandita from classes VI-VIII with an aim to create or develop a connection to the French language and francophonic cultures and to develop a desire to learn and the children’s knowledge. They were given worksheet with the variety  of questions based on francophonic countries. All the students solved the worksheet to raise the bar of their knowledge about French speaking countries of the world.

          Pottery Workshop

          Our students of Grade II to V had an interesting workshop on Pottery today. A potter was called from outside and he shared his skills of making various items with clay. The grades II,III,IV& V went separately so that they could spend enough time with the potter and observe this skill as closely as possible ,pots, diya’s were made during this session.

            Inter Club Football Competition

            Realizing the fact that in today ‘s world ,the importance of sports along with main curriculum can’t be minimized ,Scholars Global School organized an Inter Club Football Competition where in 3 matches were played .All the players enthusiastically gave the best performance .The final match was played between Victors and Achievers. The winning trophy was bagged by Achievers .The winning team’s captain Pankaj got blessing and wishes from all nooks and corners of the school.

              Kavita Vachan

              Our students of grade II & III had Kavita Vachan activity today.They had to revisit all the poems(Hindi) done in the class  during the Ist term and share one poem from the same with the whole class.The students had prepared well and it was truly a delight to watch them.In the end the students recited the common poem in groups too.

                Football Match

                Football Match-VI-VIII

                Talent win games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championship. This was proven by the players of winner team i.e Achievers club in school playground in the football match on 7th Oct’2016.All the clubs played very well, but Achievers club showed a great collaboration and teamwork .Champions are made from something they have deep inside them i.e a desire, a vision with this  vision, Champions bagged 2nd Position. It takes tremendous amount of skill to be a football player.

                  Shloka Chanting
                  Our Grade IV & V students had their Shlok Gyan activity on 7.12.2016.They were given 4 Shlok’s from ‘Bhagvad Geeta’ few days earlier. It was truly mesmerizing to hear our students chant those Shloka’s individually and their in a group.

                    Chitra Varnan

                    Our young students of Grade II and III had to wear their creative caps today wherein they were given a picture of a scene of  ‘Deepawali’ and they had to  describe it as creativity as possible in hindi. They were also provided with few keywords which helped them to build or their description. They thoroughly enjoyed doing it and even coloured the picture given esthetically.
