Our young scholarities of Grade II and III attended a workshop wherein an important topic ‘Respecting Our’s and other’s Space’  was taken up. It began with a powerpoint presentation which focused on the meaning of ‘Respect’, ways of showing respect and how respect looks like at school, home ,playground…A couple of interesting videos were also shown to reinforce it. Towards the end our students attempted a worksheet. Over all it was quite an enriching experience for them. 

Our students of Grade IV & V went to explore our beautiful school garden which has a variety of plants .Our students were in awe when the teachers showed them the herbal garden with medicinal plants like aloe vera, Lemon grass ,basil and many more. They also explored our kitchen  garden which has carrot ,radish ,cauliflower, coriander…It was an enjoyable experience for them.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable time for our young students of grade II & III. They had many fun games with football wherein they played as a team of 4 students each. This drill brought forward the importance of listening , Coordinating ,being alert to be successful in their game.

Maths Relay competition held on 18^th Nov 16 in the playground for grades IV & V. There were 2 levels to  this competition each child was given 10 minutes .On this basis two students from each club was selected from each section. The shortlisted students went for round 2 where the students in a team of 4 students of each club had to solve questions and run and hand over the next question to another child of their club. Whoever solves all 4 question correctly ,wins the game .All the students thoroughly enjoyed this competition and the winners were:-

On 18^th Nov 2016, a workshop was organised in Scholars Global School on career counselling and guidance. The resource person for the same was Mr. kumar Praney, sales head in career launcher. With experience of conducting 400+ sessions in many of the schools and institution, the resource person made the students abreast of personality development & communication skills .He emphasized on the need of identifying one’s potential and interest areas. Students got enriched after enjoying the interactive session & they got answer for their query. This workshop enabled the children to ponder over the strategies which can pave the way for their success. It was a concept race competition for classes II & III today in the ground. The concept taken up were (addition) and (multiplication) for class III. Word problems were framed for students. There were two levels, once they cleared one level ,they went to the next level. Everyone had a great time because each child got an opportunity to be a part of it. The final winners of the competition were :-

To enhance the scientific temper of children and to make the teaching learning science interesting, ‘Science is fun’ activity was organised for classes IX to XI on 11^th Nov 2016.The theme of the activity was ‘KISMIF’ i.e  ‘Keeping it simple Make It fun’, Five groups of students made amazing projects exhibiting their love for science .They’ve guided by Ms. Punam Dashiwal & Ms. Devyani Gajjar. The experiments exhibited by them were:-

i)Walking Water ii) Invisible Flame   iii) Motorcycle    iv)Periscope    v) A.C

The students displayed their projects on the stage where the teaching faculty & other students keenly observed their prowess in scientific skills. The principal of Scholars Global School, Mrs. Poonam Saxena also boosted up the morale of children with her kind words & her valuable presence.

For our students of grade IV & V, it was time to listen to various poems with similies and personification as the FOCUS. Each section of grade IV & V selected two students from each club who were shortlisted for the finals, So today, those  shortslisted students put their best foot forward and recited the poem with lot of zeal. The winners of the competition were:-

With the wind blowing and the sun shining the stage was set for an exciting match between final team visitors v/s Champions club. Both the team played well. Team Victors were superb as they score a big total long after all the hope was extinguished. They won this match with the score of 58/2 in 40 overs. They won by 11 runs. Deepak Phalswal was man of the match.  It was wonderful team performance Winner team showed a remarkable grit determination and team spirit. The winners from victor’s club are Deepak Phalswal-VIII B, Harsh –VIA, Nitin-VIIIA, Robin-VI B, Lakshay Dahiya-VII A, Bhushan-VIII A , Umesh-VIIIA, Kunal Dahiya- VI A.

School plays an important role in the personality development of students. This is the need of the hour as it is essential for the holistic development of children and their survival in the competitive world. In lieu , Ms.Zoe and Ms. Devyani conducted a workshop from classes 6 to 8^th in school Auditorium. They began the workshop by sharing insightful  information about certain qualities that the students have to develop for their promising future. It was ended with a motivational video of one of Ms. Devyani’s role model.

To help children speak better and to make them excel in oral presentation, Scholars global school organised ‘Inter Club Page to Stage Competition’ where in the students from all four clubs participated enthusiastically to exhibit their communication skills and enhance their confidence, stage presentation. The authors allotted for enactment were Shakespears and Charles Dickens. The play that were stated were:-

Mrs. Poonam Saxena, The Principal of Scholars Global School and Zoe Moncton from U.K judged the performances on the basis of relevance to the topic, oratory skills confidence/memory and overall impact. Victors and Leaders club were the winners of 1^st position & Champions came second. It was enjoyed by all.

There was a buzz of excitement since morning as the much awaited cricket match between the four club was to happened today. A team was selected from each club consisting of boys and girls of grade IV & V. It was a fantastic sight to the eyes to watch students playing in their clubs. Overall it was a very entertaining and fun filled time for all. The winners of this Match were:-

Grade II and III are super excited as they have their Hindi Shabd Ladi Competition held on 4.11.2016. The shortlisted students (on the basis of a worksheet given ) from each club had a face to face competition with the other club members. This competition was on the basis of five criteria wherein they covered Prayvachi shabd, Ek shabd ke liye Anek Shabd , Paheli. The participants as well as the audience thoroughly enjoyed the same.
