Scholars global school believes in considering faculty as mentors rather than considering them as teachers. As we know that teachers only teach but Mentors uplift the students. Mentors shape the outlook and persona of the students. Mentors identify their strengths and give wings to their skills. They also recognize the areas of improvement and nurture the needs. Mentors consider students as a unique being and focus on academics, sports, arts and values to nurture their whole personality.

Scholars faculty is handpicked, and selection process is stringent including tests, interviews and demonstration classes to identify the prospective mentor.

On their selection theses mentors are inducted well with the sharing of vision and mission and values of the school. Scholars believes in continuous professional development and trainings are given to keep them abreast with new developments in academics, technology, internet platforms, learning aids and presentation platforms. They are acquainted with the different strategies employed by the school for assessments and experiential learning.

Students first is the ideology we follow at school and all mentors would do everything to ensure that the students are safe, cared, nurtured and progressing. Mentors are respected and have a special place in the school tapestry. They are considered important for decision making at school and nurtured for their professional progression at school.
